We endeavour to photograph and describe all items accurately. Please look carefully at the item description and photos and don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Also keep in mind that our pieces are genuine antiques and vintage items that often show wear and tear and signs of age.
However, we want you to be happy and have a great shopping experience with us. If we have grossly misrepresented an item we will refund the purchase price. You will be required to pay for shipping costs to return the item to us.
We are very experienced shippers and take enormous care when packing your goods for their journey to you. However, many items are fragile. If you would feel more comfortable if your purchase was insured, don’t hesitate to ask. The price Australia Post charges for insurance is based on the cost of the item, and it’s often a minimal amount to guarantee peace of mind. We will be happy to obtain a quote for insured, trackable delivery for you, and this will be added to the overall cost of the item/s you have purchased.
